Founder, North Star Equine Experience
Heather combines equine assisted coaching, neuroscience, and experiential learning to help individuals and teams recognize patterns, develop greater self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. Her passion for horses began in childhood but evolved in adulthood after experiencing firsthand their incredible power to promote introspection and personal growth. Her volunteer experience with Hope Reins, a local nonprofit organization that offers healing experiences with horses to children in crisis, completely changed the way she worked and connected with horses. This led her to pursue equine assisted coaching in order to bring this work to more of her community. This work is a passion and a calling, fueled by personal experience.

At North Star Equine Experience, we believe lasting change doesn't come from being told what to do.
